BJP attacks CPI(M) headquarters

The attack on the CPI(M) national headquarters is one of the most shameful acts of the BJP. BJP has always spoken volumes about how it wants to bring an end to widespread terrorism and internal disturbances and accused the UPA govt of being soft on terrorism. Was this basal act of BJP of attacking the CPI(M) headquarters with a handful of RSS activists not an act of domestic disturbance. BJP criticized MNS acutely for its parochial acts of violence, was this attack any different from that ultimately who got manhandled were citizens of india (in this case they were politicians). A judicial probe into the matter is definately required since such acts should be dealt with utmost severity and the culprits be punished. The politicians should overcome their partisan vendetta and behave more maturely, they have a nation to look after.

Ok, here is the first news item which appeared in Indian Express after the "incident" occurred in New Delhi.
http://www.expressindia.com/latest-news/Ten-CPM-workers-injured-in-clash-with-Hindu-Mahasabha/282208/
Note that there is no mention of RSS or BJP in it. And it is a clash, not an attack.

The next news item is:
http://news.webindia123.com/news/Articles/India/20080309/904435.html
where Yechuri lambasts his frustration on RSS.

And the next day headlines is that RSS and BJP attack CPI-M.

That is the media part of it.

The truth is as follows:

The place of action is Kannur (Kerala) and not New Delhi.
Quoting from Wikipedia:

"Kannur was once the nurturing ground and think tank of the Communist movement in Kerala, and was home of the famous communist leaders A.K.Gopalan (a.k.a AKG) and E.K. Nayanar, former Chief Minister (CM) of Kerala. The Nationalist Congress Party leader and another former CM of Kerala, K. Karunakaran also hails from Kannur.

Communist Parties have a strong base in this district. It is estimated that that CPI(M) itself has more than 50% support. CPI (M)-led Left Democratic Front (LDF) governs five of six municipalities in Kannur district. Around 70% of the panchayats are also governed by LDF. The I.U.M.L is one of the strongest political party in Kannur. Muslim League rules about 15 panchayats and one municipality in the district. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has very minimal presence in the district. "

Kannur was left in paralysed state once thanks to communist parties who were more interested in organizing worker strikes (ironically against their own "people's government". even in nandigram, the people fighting are also communists and the rulers are also communists!). It was when RSS workers began work in the area and convinced union leaders there to get back to work, it's influence began to rise. And as all commies are expected to do, they started violently lashing out against RSS. As it is, the RSS ideology of having a unified society does not go down the throats of those commies who now and then keep lambasting their frustration in the media who happen to be their own brethren.

It is ironical that a group having minority presence in an area can attack the cadres of the ruling party. In past one month, their cadres has brutally murdered 6 swayamsevaks in Kannur.

It is characteristic of a dog to start barking hearing some other dog barking 3 lanes away. Don't be like that. Take news with a pinch of salt.
